App freezes
Went to the bank galleria san pedro the other day and was advised to open an accnt online bec the forms that need to be filled out was only available online. I dl the app, tried it many times but it freezes to the part where u need to pit your address, city to be specific. Pls fix this asap.
Best mobile banking app so far
I appreciate the improvements you make with your app. I’ve seen the app get upgraded through the years. Shows effort in trying to provide better service/product to your customers. Also thanks for keeping the Pesonet interbank charge at PHP 10. I’ve stopped transferring funds from my BDO since then. I also find your additional features of having control to lock/unlock debit card and disabling access to online banking from the app convenient! Hoping you integrate these when you merge with BPI.
Another app just for signup?
Well, it’s fine, it’s their process and I don’t find it hard to use it as a separate app. It works well. No issues so far, fast signing up just from your devices.
They said, they will confirm the application within 24hrs after signup but they didn’t even give me 5mins to wait. Approval is fast, as long as maybe your info and ID is good.
